Ok, so I know I'm a dork for this, but I get very excited when I find a new cleaner that works. I've mentioned before that I really try to only use non-toxic cleaners as much as possible around the house. One thing I've had trouble with is finding a good bathtub/shower cleaner. One that will work on the tub part as well as the walls, etc. of the shower.
This past weekend, I decided to give Method tub and tile cleaner a try. It's so great! It removed soap scum, rinsed off really easily (you don't even have to rinse if you don't want to), and left the bathroom smelling nice and minty for several hours. I was in heaven. Oh, and in case you're wondering, I am not being asked by Method to write this! :)
If you've never tried Method before, they make really great stuff. They recently started making bath and body products, too. I haven't tried the kids/baby products yet, but I plan on buying some within the next week or so. Yes, it's pricier than Johnson's or Baby Magic, but it's safer, too. I'll post in the future on all of that sort of thing, but start watching the stores over the next few months. President Bush passed a law banning the sale of chemically loaded (baby and kids only, I think) products starting in 2009. Yeah!!
Anyway, I think the biggest selection of Method products can be found at Target, but I got mine at Whole Foods (I was there for vitamins, anyway). Do you like Method stuff? Are there other brands that you love that are slightly less costly than others? Let us know!

Oh, I'm a huge Method fan too! I used their tub and tile spray on a client's tub (I do some housecleaning on the side) and she raved about how great her tub looked. I love the smell of their cleaners. Makes me almost want to go clean just thinking about Method's products.....almost. :)
Great WFMW. I just started using Method this month and I Love their bathroom line. Who doesn't want a minty clean bathroom?? I use their cucumber line in my kitchen and have No complaints. I have also started using Seventh Generation laundry soap which works Very well. Blessings, Whitney
This is a great tip. You have inspired me to try the products, I want my bathroom to smell minty too!
I've never tried Method, but I just checked out their website and I'm liking what I see. I love mint-scented products too. Blissworld.com has great body-care products that are very minty. I also like Paul Mitchell's Tea Tree Oil collection for minty-tingly scalp and hair. Their antibacterial handsoap is the BEST!
Sold. I'll get some Method tomorrow at Target. I really need something to clean my shower tiles.
